Privacy Policy
FinalMind — a code-breaking puzzle game published by Hewoch.

This policy explains what data we collect when you play FinalMind, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to delete it. We try to keep this short and plain — if anything is unclear, email finalmind@hewoch.com and we'll explain.
1. Who we are
FinalMind is operated by Hewoch. References to "we", "us", and "our" in this policy mean Hewoch. The app is distributed through Google Play.
2. What data we collect
Account & identity

We do not collect your email address, phone number, real name, address, contacts, photos, microphone or camera input, precise location, or any biometric data.
Game activity
- Stages cleared, daily streaks, custom puzzle settings, and game session results
- Community puzzles you create, attempt, like, and follow
- In-app purchases (which star packs or VIP you bought and when)
- Authentication tokens that keep you signed in
Technical data
- The IP address of your device when it contacts our servers (used briefly for rate-limiting and abuse detection; not stored beyond standard web server logs, which rotate within 14 days)
- Crash diagnostics, if you've opted in via your device's Google Play settings (handled by Google Play, not by us directly)
FinalMind does not contain advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs.
3. Why we collect it
- To run the game — saving your progress, syncing across devices, matching you with community puzzles.
- To process in-app purchases — verifying purchases with Google Play and crediting stars or VIP to your account.
- To prevent abuse — rate-limiting, detecting duplicate accounts, blocking cheating.
- To respond to your support requests.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, profile you for targeted advertising, or use it to train AI models.
4. Who we share it with

That's the full list. We do not transfer your personal data anywhere else.
5. How long we keep it
- Account data — for as long as your account exists. Deleted immediately when you delete your account (see Section 8).
- Encrypted database backups — rolled on a 30-day cycle. We never access backups except for disaster recovery.
- Web server logs (IP addresses) — rotated within 14 days.
- In-app purchase records held by Google Play — retained by Google according to their own policy; contact Google Play for those.
6. Security
All network traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS (TLS). Passwords, if you set one, are stored hashed with bcrypt and are never accessible in plain text — not by us, not by anyone. Authentication tokens are stored on your device using your platform's secure storage (Android Keystore).
7. Children and teens
FinalMind is rated for ages 13 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please email finalmind@hewoch.com and we will delete it.
For players aged 13–17:
- We collect the same minimal data set described in Section 2 — nothing extra.
- We do not show personalised ads (the app has no ad SDK at all).
- We do not share data with third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.
- A parent or legal guardian may request access to, correction of, or deletion of a teen player's data by emailing finalmind@hewoch.com.
8. Your rights
- Access — you can see the data we hold about you inside the app (profile, stars, purchase history, game progress).
- Correction — you can change your username inside the app at any time.
- Deletion — you can permanently delete your account at any time. The full process is described at https://finalmind.hewoch.com/account-deletion.
- Withdraw consent — uninstalling the app stops any further data collection. To also remove data already stored on our servers, use the deletion process above.
9. International transfers
Our servers may be hosted outside your country. By using FinalMind you consent to your data being processed wherever our servers are located. All transfers are protected by HTTPS and the security measures in Section 6.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced inside the app. Continued use of FinalMind after a change means you accept the updated policy.
